Like any surgical project, it is important to come accompanied by a loved one during the consultation.
Don't forget to bring your medical records with scans and prior operative reports if you have already had surgery.

Dr Guillaume Carles will listen to your goals and then examine you. A computer generated modelling of the rhinoplasty through “morphing” may be offered to you.
This will allow you to explain your aesthetic goals and get an idea of ​​what is possible. This is of course not a contractual document, but rather a support for an open discussion.

This consultation is exclusively dedicated to reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the nose and ears.
Dr Carles does not treat ENT pathologies, with the exception of nasal obstruction.

Please note, in certain cases of revision rhinoplasty, it is possible that a further intervention is not possible. Indeed, the benefit/risk balance is not always in favour of revision surgery.

Operation in Montpellier

The operations take place in Montpellier within the Clémentville or Saint-Roch clinics.
It is necessary to schedule an anaesthetic consultation. This can be carried out remotely.

The days following the operation, you can stay in Montpellier or travel back and forth. It is possible to travel by train or plane the day after the operation.

The post-operative consultation takes place between the 6th and 9th day after the operation. It is possible to organize this appointment with a colleague of Dr. Carles in Paris.

Getting to the clinic from the station

Take advantage of the Saint Roch train station which is located in the city centre. The easiest way to get from the station to the clinic is by taxi (around 10 minutes). Taxis are often available at the station but it is best to book them in advance.
It is also accessible by Tram. Allow 15-20 minutes from Montpellier Saint Roch station.
You will spend the night at the clinic and can leave the next day, at a time that suits you.
Another visit will be necessary on the 6th or 7th day to remove the splints.
